Introduction TCs
These terms and conditions, as they may be modified from time to time,
apply to all our services directly or indirectly (through distributors) made
available online, on any electronic device (Pc, Tablets, phone, etc…) By
accessing, navigating and using our website and/or making a
reservation, you are acknowledging and agreeing that you have read,
understood and accepted the terms and conditions set out below
(including the privacy statement).
1. Definitions
"Tour Guide Benamar", "we", "us" or "our" means BENAMAR ACHRAF,
a Tour Guide certified by the Moroccan Ministry of Tourism, holding the
license number 2266, and which constitutes according to the Moroccan
law in the law 05-12 a physical person and according to the Article 1 of
the law 05-12, a Tour Guide is any physical person who, against
payment, accompanies the tourists and takes care of their safety and
tranquility and provides them the necessary information.
The website (Tourguidebenamar.com) on which the tour service is made
available, owned, controlled, managed, maintained and/or hosted by
Benamar Achraf. 
"Tours" means the different tour services that may be booked by you
through Tourguidebenamar.com.
