My name is Achraf, born in Tangier, a city located in the north of Morocco with Berber origin.
My family has long been settling in the vicinity of Tangier, we have always been in contact with the different communities living in harmony in Tangier: Muslims, Christians, Jews, etc.
My parents are also official guides and they are one of the best tour guides in Morocco with more than 30 years of experience, which uncons-ciously awakened in me first of all an interest in foreign languages ‘English, French’ He facilitated their learning.

What influenced me since my childhood to love this profession that led me to choose to pursue my studies in more advanced fields at the International
Higher Institute of Tourism in Tangier.
It is a profession that has attracted me since I was a child. This has always been my summer job, and I did many internships during my study period in
well-known travel agencies in Morocco and abroad, I even worked in five-star international chain hotels such as Hiltons and Royal El Minzah Hotel. No need to explain how quickly I became a qualified guide.

I am also one of the well-traveled guides, both in my country and abroad, as I love traveling, meeting new people, and going on new adventures. I am also deeply in love with my beautiful country, its culture, and its people, for whom I decided to settle, explore, and share with those interested.

1. What is the price of the guided tours?
The price varies according to the type of tour and the number of people.
I offer discounts for groups of more than 8 people and for children less than one year old up to 6 years old are free.

2- After I have booked a tour, can I invite
others to join me?
This depends on whether the guide can accommodate
your request for additional people – especially if it is
private transport, the available places must be taken into
consideration.
To avoid disappointment, you should ask the guide for
permission to add more people before the visit date.
And if there are any additional costs, We’ll
inform you of the last price for the whole group.
3- Who do I contact regarding the tour itinerary,
pricing and/or guide availability?
Any questions pertaining to the above should be directed

5- Do your shore excursions guarantee return to
the ship, meeting point or our accommodation
on time?
Yes, we offer a “Late Person” guarantee.
I guarantee that you will always be taken back to your
boat, meeting place or your accommodation at the exact
time at the end of the visit.
1- What kind of payment options do you offer?
We accept payments: IN CASH.
At the end of your visit, you pay the guide directly.
2- What is your cancellation policy?
We are very flexible about canceling the tour; we will not
appreciate ANY fees if you cancel the booking, even at
the last minute!
We would be very grateful if you could inform us of the
cancellation of your reservation at least 24 hours before
your tour, as at the same time we can obtain another
reservation/booking so that we cannot accept it because
you have booked before.

What can I do to ensure a safe and secure
experience while on-tour?
As all travel involves an element of risk, we strongly
encourage our travelers to purchase adequate medical
or travel insurance before the date of their trip.
we guarantee you a safe visit, our cars, vans, and buses
equipped with airbags, and our drivers have more than 5
years of experience in the tourism field, they travel all
over Morocco.
I am a Moroccan tourist guide born and grew up in
Tangier, during the visit if you feel sick or if you need to
see the doctor or others, I help you and accompany you
until your recovery.
1- How do I know that a tour guide is
competent?
I am fully accredited by the Moroccan Ministry of

2- What should I do if my guide is not at the
meeting location?
However, if you do not immediately see your guide at the
beginning of your visit, please do the following:
STEP 1: Check your booking confirmation (Email).
Are you in the right place for the meeting?
Are you on time?
Have you made any other e-mail arrangements with the
guide that differ from the information displayed on the
booking confirmation (Meeting point)?
STEP 2: If you are in the right place at the right time,
please call us on our mobile phone displayed on the
official page (see booking confirmation for the phone
number).
NOTE: Generally we never arrive late, we always try to
come before 1 hour of the start time of the tour, and if
there is any change we inform the customer in advance
by email and phone.
3- What if I am not available? Can I ask
for a substitute?
An important difference between me and the other tour
guides offering private tours is that my whole family is
working in the same business, they are also tour guides
with more than 10 years of experience: my father,
mother, uncles and cousin as well, in the case that I am
not available for your visit date, ask me for advice and I
will recommend you to one of my family guides that can
offer you this experience.
